With delight we share the latest photos of Paynes Hut – New Year’s Eve celebrations of barramundi, prawns, black rice and yoghurt; Swims in the Mitta Mitta River, afternoon cool down palate cleansers of crushed pineapple and mint granitas, and a wonderful opportunity to try out the Sunday tasting plates (rabbit pies, chicken drumsticks, garden salad) and delicious Orange and Chocolate cake.
We’re eating well here! Come join us at our remote accommodation along the track…
It is lovely to come out of the winter folds and see Tess’s garden come to life and to enjoy seeing how much building works Grae has done and the overall development that has occurred. Our huts of the high country are almost complete!
