GETTING TO PAYNE’S HUT

Please print these directions for your easy journey to Payne’s Hut as some smartphone GPSs and  street directories are inaccurate. There is little or no mobile reception for the last 15 minutes of your journey.

Note: the final kilometres of the drive to Payne’s Hut is quite winding and if you’re prone to car sickness, you may wish to pack travel sickness tablets. The scenery often works as a distraction, as you climb into the Alpine region.

The stars will be shining brightly, but bring your torch for the path!
